Next FSMA Monday Conference Call Coming Up

Now is the time to start getting your company ready for the Food Safety Modernization Act. Over the next year or so, you’ll need to plan and make decisions about your staff and their food safety acumen, budgets, ingredient suppliers, record-keeping systems, and a lot more. Specialty Food Association’s FSMA Monday conference calls, held on the first Monday of each month, can help you prepare.

On Monday, May 2, from 1-1:30 p.m. EDT, join Ron Tanner of the Specialty Food Association and Marsha Echols, SFA’s Washington counsel, for a free, members-only conference call about what FDA is doing and what you should be doing now in advance of the formal training programs that the FDA and Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance are establishing. Attendees will have opportunity to ask questions.

Here is all the information you need to participate—there’s no need to pre-register. Questions? Email
