Food Safety For Businesses Less Than $1 Million: A Conference Call, August 1

The FDA has drafted regulations that make it easier for very small businesses and “qualified facilities” to comply with the Preventive Control regulations that are part of the Food Safety Modernization Act.

On Monday, August 1, from 1-1:30 PM Eastern, the Specialty Food Association is offering a free, members-only conference call, with Ron Tanner and Marsha Echols of the Association as they provide their take on this important topic, and what business owners can do to prepare. Topics covered will include the regulations that define a “qualified facility” and what business owners need to do now to determine if their business meets this definition.
